I started SidePrep the way a lot of study guides start: I needed one for myself. Over many years I sat for several exams, including real estate, CIH, and CSP, and I kept rewriting the material until it made sense to me. Some of that work was done with AI. The goal was never a shortcut around the exam. It was a clearer path through it.
These courses do not replace the mandatory classes some certifications require. Think of them as a companion: extra explanation where the official material is dense, and another way to see a concept after you have already heard it in class.
People do not learn the same way. Some of us need a story, some a chart, some a question that almost tricks us. Seeing an idea more than once, in more than one form, is often what makes it stick.
This is one of those forms. Use it alongside your required coursework, not instead of it.
